Hello, my name is Jillian Dempsey. I am passionate about helping others and making connections, whether that is involved in the form of coaching or teaching. I have been told that I am an approachable and fun-loving person.
I’m a originally from Saskatchewan but was raised in the wonderful and beautiful province beside it, Alberta. Though Alberta is not the province of the “Land of the Living Skies”, it still is beautiful in its own way. I grew up in the southern part of the province in a small city called, Lethbridge. This city is in the perfect location because it’s 2 hours from the mountains, 2 hours from a beautiful national park called Waterton, 2 hours from Calgary and close to the border if you want to go to Montana (roughly 2 hours).
Before coming to Regina for school, I lived in Lethbridge. I completed a Psychology and Sociology diploma through Lethbridge College. I love learning, coaching, staying active, creating and teaching. My family is vastly important to me, along with being a person of integrity and compassion – which I hope is evident through the way I teach.
